Refund policy

Live plants are perishable and can't be returned — but they're covered by our arrival guarantee.

If your plants arrive dead or severely damaged, email us at alexssucculents@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the plants. We'll send replacements or issue a refund — your choice.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was our fault.

For non-plant issues (wrong item, missing items), contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it.
