Shipping policy

Orders ship from our greenhouse in Fallbrook, California within 1–5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

All plants ship in their pots, carefully packaged to arrive healthy. During extreme heat or cold we may briefly delay shipment to protect live plants — we'll notify you if this happens.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands, but every order includes tracking. If your package is lost or hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
